Using steps designed in conjunction with Reebok, you will get a great cardiovascular workout, plus the added benefits of muscle conditioning, deep stretching, and relaxation. The class is taught in a fun and energetic atmosphere, so be prepared to sweat! Get the whole body, mind, and soul experience. Wear loose clothing and athletic shoes. Before starting any fitness program, please consult with a physician.
