Microsoft Excel 2016: Level 3
Learn how to reorganize, summarize, analyze and filter data using Pivot Table.  Students will also learn to summarize large data using Pivot Table and Pivot Charts, working with "name" ranges, the functionality of Excel data tables, write complex functions & formulas, working with multiple worksheets, use of conditional formatting, and creating appealing charts & graphs.  An introduction to creating Macros. Please bring a USB drive to save your work and practice take-home exercises.
 
Class Outline
  • How to work with multiple worksheets
  • Reorganize and summarize large data using Pivot Table and Pivot Charts
  • Write complex formulas using absolute references
  • Use VLookup & HLookUps, and incorporating them within formulas
  • Sorting and analyzing data through the use of Slicers and Timeline
  • Writing IF Statements and Applying Conditional Formatting
  • Protecting your worksheet and workbook
  • Goal Seek Feature
  • How to use the new INDEX & MATCH Function
  • Introduction to Macros
  • TAKE HOME EXERCISES
