Start a new career helping people from all over the world complete immigration documents. This information-packed seminar will kick-start your career by covering all the basics you need to know to enter into the profession. You’ll learn how the immigration process works for family-based, employment-based, preference system and the requirement for refugees, asylees. The seminar will be heavily focused on visas: permanent, temporary and diversity visas. The role, duties, and responsibilities are thoroughly explained to maximize your knowledge. Additionally, you’ll gain practical experience by completing the most common documents used including executing practice visa applications, travel documents, waivers, applications for employment, petitions, permanent residency applications, green card issues. The instructor will also discuss Differed Action updates. Your extensive guidebook contains immigration forms with explanations and definitions to confidently steer you through the process. Special time will be allocated to cover questions and scenarios of personal interest.
