Sweet and Savory Croissants (Date Changed to 3/25)

Students will learn basic lamination techniques used in croissant making.  Students will mix, laminate, shape, proof and bake 6-12 croissants to take home.  Various sweet and savory croissants will be demonstrated: ham and cheese, almond, plain and chocolate.
