Learn how to make kimchi in a traditional way easily enough to make your own kimchi at home. Class will also talk about the history of Kimchi and provide how to utilize Kimchi at home. It is a 3-hour, hands-on class and class will make the traditional fall/winter napa cabbage kimchi. At the end of class, there will be a kimchi tasting with kimchi dish that is made in class. Student will take the kimchi that they made home. Vegan Option Upon Request (please notify us a week in advance), traditional kimchi has some seafood in it.
