Come Learn about cheese, the history and the processes of making it.  You will get the chance to explore and taste different types of cheeses. One of our Chef’s will demonstrate the technique on how to make cheese in our new Stadium seating Demo kitchen. You will be able taste fresh, semi-soft, soft- ripened, hard-ripened, Hard grating, and Blue veined cheeses. So, sit back and enjoy the wide array of flavors that you will be tasting.
