It increases flexibility, muscle strength, and increases heart/lung activity, aligns posture, improves balance, and integrates the mind and body. The simple increasing range of motion exercises of Tai Chi interrupt the cycle of arthritis.

Yoga is a simple and welcoming way of improving your quality of life. In this introductory workshop, students will learn how to do basic yoga asanas with information about body, hand/foot placement, and how to make adjustments. Mediation is at the end of each class. Please bring your yoga mat.
